Get to Know Me
I bet you're wondering, who is this guy anyway? Perhaps you aren't, either way allow me to officially introduce myself.
I'm Josiah—a 23-year-old entrepreneur originally from Kent, Ohio, with roots firmly planted in Cleveland. I have a beautiful family and well…let me just say I'm quite excited in what the future holds! So, I'm going to take you on a captivating journey through my pursuit of purpose and achievement.
It all began in 2018 at Kent State University, where I often questioned my path. Despite my love for physics, traditional college life didn't quite align with my aspirations. Then, COVID-19 hit, and financial constraints pushed me to explore the world of money, business, and credit—practical knowledge that transformed my perspective.
Driven to find my calling, I ventured into sales. Landing a role wasn't as easy as I imagined, so I started at a gas station where I immersed myself in ecommerce studies. However, low pay and unexpected challenges prompted me to seek a new direction.
Alas I stumbled upon door-to-door sales—a crash course in communication and resilience in essence. Selling windows for Window Nation taught me invaluable marketing skills in the real world. Turns out, even after doing that for roughly over 2 years, I still crave more, I needed to understand the art of selling and business. Price negotiation, CRM, churn rate, etc...the list goes on. That left me searching yet again. As my journey continued, I transitioned to selling life insurance, where I noticed a significant digital gap among businesses in the industry. Quite interesting, with it being such a profitable sector and all. I raised some questions and was told to just follow what others are doing. I thought that makes sense, to some people, just not me. So back to ecommerce it was.

The Lions Den was born—a platform to bridge the digital divide for entrepreneurs. Some call it "Monk Mode" and dive deep into a subject, passion or themselves. Through extensive research, I gained perspective to transformative digital tools applicable to my industry, the horizons are much larger though. To my surprise, most of these tools are common knowledge to the younger generations. Not only that, these tools are applicable to any industry, any niche, and obviously anyone. So why wasn't I doing it?
So, gather around the virtual campfire to dissect and analyze these tools, begin to join in on the shaping of the future in business innovation. Let's integrate cutting-edge technologies into our daily practices and redefine success in the digital age.
